We now know more details about the allegations that have been brought forth against Kim Zolciak‘s son Kroy Biermann Jr — and they are unbelievably shocking.
On Friday, the son of the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and her ex, former Atlanta Falcons football player Kroy Biermann, was in court in Georgia for a bond hearing. The hearing centered on the ongoing sexual assault accusations that the 15-year-old is facing.
Well, per TMZ and Page Six, the Friday hearing also unearthed some new accusations, as well.

For one, per those outlets as well as 11 Alive, prosecutors at the bond hearing claimed that their law enforcement investigators discovered videos on the teenage boy’s cell phone that supposedly depict him having penetrative sex with a relative who was purportedly under 12 years old.
WTF…
TMZ notes that it’s unclear how old Kroy Jr was at the time of the alleged videos, or when they are taken. Nevertheless, in court, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy claimed that there were “multiple encounters” on video that were found on KJ’s phone by investigators.
According to McGillicuddy, the teenage boy also allegedly used “predatory, derogatory” language toward the alleged victim in the videos. Ugh.
BTW, McGillicuddy also revealed more during the bond hearing, per TMZ and others: notably, that Kim’s son had previously been charged with sexual battery of a victim under the age of 16, but that wasn’t made public before because that case had been in juvenile court. In fact, the prosecutor claimed that Kroy Jr has been under court supervision since October of last year because of that charge.
So crazy…
Of course, this all caught the public eye and turned into a media whirlwind after Kroy Jr was arrested last month after a female classmate accused him of sexually assaulting her in a gym changing room.
He is now facing seven criminal charges in that case, though they are still accusations at this point and nothing has been definitively proven in court. Also, it’s as yet unclear if any further charges could be coming from other law enforcement discoveries.
Per TMZ, Kim, Kroy, and the teenager’s older sister Brielle were in court on Friday to show their support for him during the bond hearing. As for the hearing itself, the boy’s lawyer Jason Sheffield asked the judge to release him on $65,000 bond, while prosecutors asked him not to be released — or, if so, to set the bond much higher.
