The mommy shamers are at it again!
As she often is with this crowd, Kim Zolciak-Biermann is again the target of their barrage after the reality TV star momma and wife posted a pic to Instagram of her five-year-old daughter Kaia riding on a scooter with her pants partially pulled down.
