The Don’t Be Tardy star responded to a fan’s Instagram question on Monday with an admission about how her body has changed — and it’s sure got people talking!

It all started when Kim posted the following pic to her IG account on Monday (below):
A fan quickly commented on the pic, asking “why her face looks so different.”
And in typical Kim fashion, she answered back with her own truth, writing (below):
“Not sure! I’m making weird faces and I’m 10lbs heavier.”
…OK!
It obviously made a lot of people wonder about potential plastic surgery, but Kim never went there, opting instead to talk weight gain… and “weird” faces.
