Kingston Catches A Break, No Charges To Be Filed

In some good news for the injured singer, the passenger who was riding with him at the time of the collision will NOT be pressing charges.

In fact, Cassandra Sanchez is a longtime friend of Kingston’s and only wishes he’d get better:

“I know this whole thing was just an accident. I won’t be pressing any type of charges or hiring a lawyer. Sean is a good guy. I am going to be visiting him in the hospital at some point soon and hope he has a speedy recovery.”

Aww, good!

The last thing he needs right now is some kind of lawsuit or legal trouble. He needs to focus on getting better, first and foremost.
