And it was more than well deserved!
Last night, Kirstie Alley and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy finally hit their stride in the competition with an exceptional performance of the Argentine Tango. The couple almost scored a perfect 30 with the routine, nabbing two nines and their first ten from the judges for the dance.
But, as the pre-performance rehearsal footage proved, crafting the dance wasn’t easy. As what seems to be the norm for Kirstie, she had a few rough and tumbles during their practice time and at one point, she literally plummeted off the stage while practicing a turn.
