Scientologists are NOT happy following Leah Remini‘s defection from the Church last week!!!
Inside sources say the religion and its famous followers are down right FURIOUS at Leah and are now strategizing how to handle her exit from the Church!
And angriest of them all might be Kirstie Alley!
With word of Leah severing her Scientology ties, Kirstie took to Twitter, saying:
When faced w malicious gossip I take a moment to experience the loss of the person I thought was my friend… Then I say fuck em..:) #RISE

A few hours later, a meeting was called at the house of Melinda Brownstone, a powerful member of the Church. Kirstie attended and tweeted out:
I'm at my friends gorgeous house @minmin1008 love hangin here

That’s Melinda’s Twitter name. And while that message might seem innocent enough, we hear Melinda is actually Leah’s former friend who has since turned her back on the ex-Scientologist. And it looks like Kirstie is joining her in shunning Remini!
So not cool, ladies!
Later, Kirstie got even meaner, tweeting out:

Of course, we can’t put words in Kirstie’s mouth. She never mentioned Leah by name or described the situation in any detail. But those tweets seem to show how she feels after seeing her Church chum turn her back on the religion they both once adamantly supported.
Kirstie tried to deflect from the Remini firestorm later by then tweeting out:

Whoever your tweets are aimed at Kirstie, they certainly aren’t very nice! You’re more than welcome to stay in Scientology for as long as you want, but we’d hope that you could allow Leah to leave peacefully without getting nasty!
