Scary stuff!!
To say KJ Apa is having a rough July would be a bit of an understatement. After removing a shard of metal from his eye earlier this month, the Riverdale star recently got stitches in his head for an injury sustained while filming his new flick, Songbird.

The 23-year-old took to his Instagram Story on Thursday to show off the newly-placed staples, explaining (below) in the video:
“I split my head open yesterday…I don’t know if you guys can see that but I have two stitches in there, metal stitches.”
Ouch, poor guy!!
Luckily, the New Zealand native seems to be just fine, sharing two shirtless pics of himself to his Insta feed (above) receiving medical attention and showing off a bloody t-shirt.
Next time, be a little more careful!! We really don’t want there to be a next time for this guy!
