Kourtney Gets Smooched With A Lawsuit!

After closing their doors at the end of 2009, Kourtney Kardashian and her baby boutique Smooch have been sued.
The suit was filed on July 1st by Flowers by Zoe, who claim Kourtney and the boutique have yet to pay their bills.
The flower company is seeking $2,331.23 in damages for non-payment.
Oh just pay them already and call it a day! We all know you have the money.
