Wow. Penelope Disick is growing up so fast!
The tiny tot is celebrating her fourth birthday on Friday, and it has her momma Kourtney Kardashian getting emotional!

Meanwhile, Scott Disick has yet to leave a message for his little girl, despite posting a picture of a bed to IG:
