It looks like Kris Humphries‘ secret plans to win his divorce case may not work after all!
The NBA star and Kim Kardashian were expected to be in court in El Lay today at 8:30 AM PT for a settlement conference, but considering that a source saw Humphries looking “extremely upset” in New York City at 1 AM today, theres no way in hell Kris is going to make it to California in time for the hearing.
Even if the hooper caught the first flight out of JFK, which was at 6:00 AM ET, he would arrive in El Lay at 9:15 AM PT, and would almost be two hours late.
No word on whether or not Humphries caught the 6 AM flight has been heard, but even if he did, there’s no way the judge is going to excuse him and his tardiness!
Tsk tsk Kris!!
UPDATE!!!
Kris had a basketball game tonight in Indiana, so we’re thinking that he ditched out on his settlement trial with Kimmy because he accidentally double booked.
We’re not exactly sure if this is the reason, but considering that flying from New York to El Lay and then to Indiana can be quite eventful and a hassle, maybe Humphries said ‘eff it,’ and decided to play ball instead of play games with the reality star! LOLz
