Kris Humphries got busy with a woman named Kayla Goldberg almost three years ago, and ever since they had unprotected sex, Miz Goldberg has been claiming that he gave HERPES. EEK!
However, since the Brooklyn Nets star is 100 percent sure that he did NOT give her the virus, he’s now planning on suing her for accusing him.
Wowzers!!
On Thursday, Kris’ lawyer told the El Lay judge Ronald Sohigian that they’re preparing for a counterclaim against Kayla ‘cuz they think homegirl just filed her suit to get some monies.
The court docs state:
“Once Kayla Goldberg and Kris Humphries arrived at his hotel room they had sexual intercourse more than once, becoming intimate partners. During their interactions Humphries also performed oral sex on Goldberg….Defendant Humphries did not at any time inform Plaintiff that he was infected with the incurable venereal disease, Herpes Simplex Virus.”
And on top of that, the woman is also claiming that she was ├óΓé¼┼ôfree of any venereal diseases at the time she commenced her intimate relationship with Kris Humphries├óΓé¼┬ªGoldberg developed symptoms of herpes about or around four to five days after the first sexual encounter with Humphries.”
Unfortunately, Goldberg won’t know the truth until next year because the court date isn’t set until February 24, 2014. During the hearing, Humphries will be ordered to take a blood test to prove that he doesn’t have the venereal disease.
This should teach both parties a lesson… you shouldn’t have sex with strangers unless you WRAP IT UP ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ or how about just don’t have sex with strangers?!? LOLz
