Awkward! Kris Humphries Sits Next To Ray J On A Plane

At least he wasn’t sitting next to a loud, screaming baby on the plane…or Gerard Depardieu.

While on an airplane headed to New Orleans on Sunday, Kris Humphries was briefly seated next to none other than Kim Kardashian’s former seksi-times partner Ray J.

Not surprisingly, Kris quickly stood up and moved to another seat in front of Ray J, in an effort to avoid an uncomfortable exchange…but Ray J wouldn’t have it!

According to a source, Ray J approached Kris and tried to congratulate him on the marriage. When Kris played dumb, Ray said the following:

“Come on, you know who I am. I just want to say congratulations.”

And then Kris responded:

“Oh yeah, yeah, I├óΓé¼Γäóm sorry I know who you are.”

Wow! We gotta give Kris MAJOR props for keeping his cool, and being so congenial in an incredibly awkward situation!!!

We’re assuming the headphone were swiftly put on after that and/or some fake sleeping took place for the rest of the flight.
