It ain’t easy being rich.
Just look at Kris Jenner trying to achieve her dream of trademarking a common phrase and failing.
But she’s not giving up either!

You may recall Kris’ battle to trademark #proudmama, hashtag and all. Well, a jeweler named Jenny Present, who already has trademarked the phrase, is the metaphorical albatross around the momager’s neck!
Jenny started off by giving Kris a warning when the latter tried to trademark the phrase, but since the 60-year-old still isn’t quitting the fight, Jenny has issued a cease and desist letter telling Kris not to use #proudmama on any promotional platforms.
Things might get even uglier now that Miz Jenner has launched her own jewelry line, although so far she’s only selling pearls.
Jenny has hinted that she’s ready to take the whole thing to court if Kris doesn’t back down.
And we have a feeling she won’t!
