In a new feature unveiled on Thursday, the 55-year-old was seen before the procedure (pictured above, left), in a consultation with Dr. Ben Talei.
Kim Kardashian West‘s aunt told him why she wanted to go through with the operation, admitting:

“Certain angles of my face were just not what I wanted. No one wants a double chin├óΓé¼┬ª I want to be a little more beautiful.”

The Beverly Hills Center surgeon explained to his patient how he would make her dreams a reality, saying:

“I can bring the entire face and entire neck up together.”

On the day of the procedure, Miz Houghton was calm, cool, and collected, telling IE:

“I’m feeling really comfortable. I’m not really nervous.”

Karen spent hours under the knife, but wasn’t knocked out. Dr. Ben only needed local anesthesia, so Kris’ sis was even able to talk during the surgery.
After it was all over, the brunette spent three weeks in bandages to help with the swelling. And, after they came off, Karen’s new appearance (pictured above, right) is almost identical to the 60-year-old’s!
She gushed about her transformation, saying:

“I look like my beautiful sister Kris and I never thought I would.”

But, the businesswoman’s sibling insisted she went through with the operation because she “actually wanted to do it for me.”
However, she did admit the famous family was at least part of her inspiration, adding:

“And of course the Kardashians. Everyone wants to look beautiful.”
