While she may prefer baggy sweatshirts and jeans, there’s no doubt this gurl can rock girly skirts and dresses too!!
Kristen Stewart covers the March issue of Marie Claire, and flaunts her enviable figure in some bright and beaded looks in preparation of spring.
On the front of the mag, she wears a multicolor Emilio Pucci frock that sports all sorts of busy patterns and designs, but it’s what’s on the inside that counts!
Well, in this case, what’s inside the magazine!
KStew discusses her role with Balenciaga and is very obviously enamored with their previous creative director, as she shares:
“I did a photo shoot with Bruce Weber when I was 14 for Interview magazine. I met Nicolas Ghesqui├â┬¿re [Balenciaga’s then creative director, now at Louis Vuitton]. I was blown away├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥fashion became less superficial in my eyes, though it wasn’t my thing. A couple of years later, he called me up. He had stuck out [to me] as an artist. Fashion has the best and worst people. The gems stick out. He was a designer I wanted to be around. He was so creative. If I have to walk red carpets, if I have to be in fashion, then I want to be with him.”
Once again, the industry made a believer out of the least expected!
Basically, KStew and Nicolas have known each other for ages, and it sounds like Nic might be one of the few people out there who can persuade Kristen willingly out of her casual wear!!
But someone at Marie Claire clearly had that power as well, and dressed the actress in items from Versace, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, and more for her seksi spread.
We especially love the Giambattista Valli crop top and matching skirt Miz Stewart poses in!
