As you’ve probably heard by now, Kristen Stewart dropped a bomb on her boyfriend — and the world — when she confirmed this afternoon that she indeed got caught up in an adulterous romance with her Snow White director, Rupert Sanders.
While Twi-hards everywhere are mourning the end of an era, new details are being revealed about when this affair actually started and how Kristen is feeling in the aftermath of her confession.
A source close to Kristen insists that she and Rupert didn’t hook up until AFTER they wrapped the movie. In fact, things didn’t start getting dirty until after the international publicity tour. The source explains:
“I can guarantee you 100 percent that nothing happened when they were working├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥nothing!”
We’re also now aware that those now infamous pics of the pair kissing were snapped by the paparazzi just last week, so their tryst hasn’t lasted long at all.
Following the release of her apology, the source explains that KStew intends to lay low and will remain in seclusion until things start to settle down. As to how she’s handling the big reveal and media firestorm, the source adds:
“She knows she messed up big time. There’s no getting around that. She’s not doing well, but what do you expect?

We expected her to be happy with what she had. Rob is a good guy — a great guy. He’s never done anything but dote on her and respect the hell out of her.
If there is a good reason to break a man like that’s heart, we don’t know what it could be.
