Needless to say it’s been a rough couple of months for Kristin Cavallari.
Just weeks after her brother Michael was tragically found dead in Utah, the TV personality dislocated her elbow in a Chicago car crash. Yikes.
But now, the 29-year-old is getting back in the swing of things working on her Chinese Laundry shoe line — and she couldn’t be more grateful to be able to do so.

Jay Cutler‘s bride took to Instagram on Wednesday to express her newly found appreciation for life:
Sorry-gonna get corny on u for a second…I dislocated my elbow in a car accident last week and because of that, and everything else I’ve been through in the past couple months, I have such an appreciation for life. I am so thankful it wasn’t worse, and more importantly that my babies weren’t with me. My arm hurts like a bitch but I’m thankful because I have my arm!!
