The Wicked star is taking up Angelina Jolie‘s magically malevolent mantle as Maleficent in the Disney Channel’s Descendants.
The original movie, all about the children of classic characters like Cruella de Vil and Jafar, features Kristin in a brighter, less gritty get-up, but that is unmistakably Maleficent!
