The drama between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann is FAR from over.
Per new legal docs obtained by TMZ on Monday, the former NFL star is accusing his ex-wife of being out of the country for WEEKS and not seeing their minor children, KJ, Kash, Kane, and Kaia. So now, he wants full custody! Right now, they’ve got a temporary joint custody agreement, but in the new filings, Kroy accused:
“… The facts surrounding [Kim’s] misguided parenting of the children, lack thereof, and blatant mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities would be practically unbelievable to anyone not familiar with the circumstances.”

Kroy alleged that, despite joint custody, Kim has hardly spent time with her children in the past month, from February 26 and March 29, except for one night on March 9. However, that night was a bit of a disaster! Why? Because he claimed one of the kids got bitten by a dog! Oh no!
Amid their temporary agreement, Kroy claims Kim committed “fraud and deceit” because she hasn’t been holding up her end of the deal. He claims that shared custody is one-sided, and she’s not parenting OR holding up her agreement to go to therapy. Because of this, he wants sole custody as soon as the courts will give it to him, per the docs. So far, Kim and her team have not reacted or responded to this.
