After a minor production break due to the coronavirus pandemic, Keeping Up With the Kardashians is finally coming back to our TV screens!
A brand new trailer for the E! hit reality series came out on Monday and it already looks like this famous fam has no problem serving up the juicy drama, even in quarantine! Staying true to the times, fans can expect Zoom conversations interlaced with the usual on-camera footage when the show officially returns on September 17.
As you might’ve noticed in the image up top, at least one of the KarJenners faced a COVID-19 scare!

At one point in the teaser, Khloé Kardashian is seen getting tested for the novel virus while Scott Disick can be heard in a voiceover saying:
“Everybody in the world is talking about coronavirus”
Oh no! Did the Good American founder secretly battle the disease right under our noses?! It’s hard not to think so when later on, Kim Kardashian West states she’s “super worried that Khloe is so sick” as a clip of the momma aggressively coughing in bed appears on-screen. We’ll find out when the show returns, but Kourtney Kardashian‘s perfectly timed remark (below) lets us know this was a scary situation for everyone involved:
“Things are escalating.”
The drama continues for KoKo as another scene shows her questioning her apparently on-again (but maybe off at time of filming?) boyfriend Tristan Thompson about a contentious moment in their past. She asks him:
“Why couldn’t you be that way when were together?”
Um, faithful? LOLz!
Amid reports the two just reconciled their relationship, we are DYING to know what that convo was about!
There are plenty more suspenseful Kardashian moments where that came from, but the teaser takes a noteworthy turn when Scott is seen reeling over the leaked news about his rehab stay earlier this year. Lord Disick shares a shocking revelation that someone within his inner circle was responsible for tipping off the media:
“There couldn’t have been a bigger betrayal. She leaked me being there to the press.”
OMG! Was it his former love Sofia Richie? His baby momma Kourt, or possibly momager Kris Jenner? It’s unclear as he makes the following statement on a group call with Kris, Kim, Khloé, and Rob Kardashian:
“I don’t trust anybody here.”
Ahhh!! There’s so much to unpack right there. Plus, we guess they really weren’t playing about Rob’s return to TV! We can’t wait to watch this all unfold.
What’s noticeably absent from this trailer is any mention of Kanye West‘s mental health struggles. Not only was this footage captured before the rapper’s recent bipolar episode, but his wife also explicitly banned producers from covering his public meltdown on their reality show in any capacity.
