Awww! Look at baby Kylie!!!
Kylie Jenner may have started out with a scandalous 17th birthday party, but her family decided to go with some innocent throwbacks to wish her a happy birthday.
First, Kim Kardashian posted this pic (above) and some others, saying:
“To my baby sister on her 17th birthday…I was 17 when you were born and every day you have brought me such joy! I love living with you! I love how strong you are, funny and just so stylish!!!! Everyone else’s messages were super sweet too, including Justin Bieber, who posted a picture of present-day Kylie, saying:

Well, we wish Kylie would slow down, but at least we have these HIGHlarious pics to remember that youngster!
