Kylie Jenner is shutting down speculation that her lip kits are under fire!
Recently, reports have said that the 18-year-old’s lip line is in a bit of trouble with the Better Business Bureau… again!

Back in May, Kylie Cosmetics was reportedly given a C rating, and this time around, sources say the reality star has received at least 137 complaints since the makeup line launched nine months ago!
However, the teen is saying that this just isn’t true!
On Wednesday, Miz Jenner took to Instagram — via her company’s page — to explain that her business isn’t doing as poorly as everyone thinks!
She wrote:
“You guys are the reason I keep going and I’m motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be. I’m continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy. Because so many of you spoke out, I’m excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating.”
Phew! We can’t imagine a world without Kylie’s lip kits!
Anyway, the gorgeous gal continued by clapping back at her haters, adding:
“I’ve sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we’ve received to date has been addressed in a timely manner. I’m sick and tired of people coming for my business. I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improved it every day to make you guys happy. I don’t want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts. I love you and apologize to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn’t receive the service they deserve.”
And just for good measure, Kylizzle even added that she’s working on addressing some complaints RIGHT NOW by captioning her response:
“facts! No F over here. I’m here and I’m listening to you guys and I hear you on the shipping!! Working on lowering domestic shipping OR doing some special free shipping days! I will keep you updated x”
Cheaper shipping?! Yes, please!
