Even though Justin Bieber‘s bestie might not be the best influence what with his driving issues, we’re glad things seem pretty innocent between the two.
Sure, this might look like a possible romance sparking up, but they also had a gaggle of friends with them, which hopefully kept their silky smooth ice cream outing from getting too wild!
But don’t expect that too last too long. Remember, Kylie might be enjoying her own Malibu beach pad these days!
