Kylie Jenner's Lip Kit Manufacturing Lab Accused Of Being 'Unclean' & A 'Sweat Shop' -- But Is This Truth Or Fiction??

Kylie Jenner's lip kit manufacturer gets some bad reviews.
Tempest in a teapot? Or legitimate complaints?
Spatz Laboratories, the entity responsible for manufacturing Kylie Jenner‘s crazy popular lipsticks and glosses, has reportedly had some bad indeed.com reviews filed by employees, with some calling the company a “sweat shop.”

Others have complained about the work conditions, writing that “the make up particles made me cough and sick,” and that it is an “unclean work environment with little room to advance.”
Yikes. That doesn’t sound like a healthy place for workers.
Yet there are plenty of good reviews, too, with some employees calling management “very nice, understanding and helpful,” and others saying “most employees were happy to be there.”
Another person gushed, “I loved working here and would have gone back to them after the layoff but found a job which took me out of state.”
Doesn’t sound so different from any typical work place — some people hate it, some people love it. The usual.
In 2006 the FDA also cited the lab for several issues, saying:

“Equipment used in the manufacture, processing, packing, or holding of drug products is not of appropriate design, of adequate size, and suitably located to facilitate operations for its intended use.”

But that was a decade ago, and a spokesperson for the company recently said:

“Spatz Laboratories completed and passed its most recent comprehensive third party social accountability and responsibility audit on March 3, 2015. This audit certified that Spatz Laboratories is in compliance with the highest standards and requirements as it relates to: Labor practices, health and safety, discrimination, discipline, harassment, compensation and hours of work. The ownership and management of this company takes the health, well being and success of our employees very seriously and always committed to upholding the highest standards.”

Seems like everything’s hunky-dory now!
We don’t think Kylie should be criticized for a few bad reviews.
And anyway it’s not like the Kardashians are strangers to being accused of making their wares under questionable circumstances.
Thoughts???
