Kylie Jenner Purchases Los Angeles Mansion For $36.5 Million!

Kylie Jenner is the owner of a brand new “resort compound” in the heart of Los Angeles, and it came with a steep price tag: $36.5 million. It was reportedly listed at $45 million, but Kris Jenner didn’t raise someone who can’t negotiate!

The multimillion-dollar home is located in Holmby Hills, an exclusive neighborhood, and comes with seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and 20 parking spaces. We all know the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is a bit of a car fanatic, so she’ll have no problem filling those spots up!

While all of that is great, it was apparently the “state-of-the-art security system” which was a huge selling point for the 22-year-old. A source spilled to ET:

“Kylie has wanted to buy a house in L.A. for a while and finally found the one that works perfectly for her needs. Although Kylie has homes and family and friends in Calabasas, she wanted something in L.A. for when she goes out with friends or has business meetings or gigs in L.A. and doesn’t want to go back to Calabasas.”

The insider added:

“Also, Kylie is really into real estate and expanding her portfolio and couldn’t pass up this opportunity. Safety is a major concern for Kylie, and this home has an area for dedicated security, state-of-the-art security system and a security gate.”

It’s no surprise this is a big concern for Miz Jenner, who has unfortunately dealt with obsessed fans crossing the line in the past.

The main house — which is 15,350 square feet — includes a chef’s kitchen, outdoor projection screen, home theater, several bars, game rooms, a gym, a championship-level basketball court, and a tennis court. Of course, the property also comes complete with four guesthouses, perfect for live-in besties, and a private guardhouse for a total of 19,000 square feet.
