The 18-year-old hid behind her cute pup as she and her boyfriend Tyga were spotted leaving her dermatologist in Beverly Hills on Monday.
Was she getting more lip fillers?? Who knows!

But what was noticeable about the teen was that she wasn’t rocking blonde or even her pale green tresses, and that she was also going makeup free!
Her derm is clearly doing great things for her skin because it looks flaw free!
Kylizzle also kept her hair out of her face with a partial ponytail, which was all the better to show off her white Yeezus tee.
