Kylie Jenner was all about her purple Balenciaga thigh highs as she attended the PrettyLittleThing Campaign Launch For PLT SHAPE in LA Tuesday.

The reality star ditched the dress and pants in favor of an oversize tee with embellishments all along the sleeves.
It was a young and cute look, and she definitely pulled it off. Although we can’t help but wish she had worn an actual dress that had some form to it.
