Kylie Jenner was all sparkles as she stepped out in New York on Thursday in a Yousef Al-Jasmi semi-sheer silver dress fit for a figure skater.

The 19-year-old attempted to dress down the look with a distressed denim jacket, but it was impossible because the dress is too fancy!
Kyles also pulled her hair up into a top knot and put on some dramatic makeup to complete the ice dancer look.
