Leave it to Kylie Kelce to tell it exactly how it is!
With the birth of her and Jason Kelce‘s fourth daughter just around the corner, the 33-year-old took a moment in her Not Gonna Lie podcast to get real about her birth plans. She made it abundantly clear in her Can I Be Honest? segment that what works for one momma won’t always work for the next… before revealing she plans to have an epidural during her birth:
“I just want a fat needle in my back that keeps the line in.”
Later on in the segment, though, Kylie got pretty heated when talking about mom-shamers. You know, the moms out there who think they’re the only ones who know how to be a mom. Particularly the ones who claim C-section and epidural parents aren’t “real” moms because they didn’t give birth naturally! OMG seriously??

She said in the clip:
“People who dismiss birth with an epidural as ‘not a true birth experience’ I can promise you from the bottom of my heart I felt every part of labor. Thank you. I knew what was happening. I could feel everything. Was it painful? No. That’s the point of the fat needle in my back.”
Then, the former Philadelphia Eagles star’s wife took a moment to defend caesarean sections, too:
“I’ve seen a number of triggering comments over the weekend on certain TikToks where people have been told by relatives, or other people in their life that because they had an emergency c-section or a c-section that was scheduled, they did not experience birth. I’m trying to be nice. Um, no nevermind. Go f**k yourself. You can kindly f**k right off.”
Preach it! She added:
“The person you are speaking to just grew a human being and for whatever reason that little baby had to come out the front not the bottom. You know whose business that is? Not f**king yours … I dare you to say that within earshot of me. I dare you. I double dog dare you.”
Kylie even revealed her own mom, Lisa McDevitt, had to have a C-section when giving birth to her:
“You think she didn’t experience birth? I will kick your ass in honor of Lil Lis.”
