Kylie Minogue Gears Up To Go To War With Kylie Jenner Over Their Shared Name - Who Do YOU Think Will Win?

Well, this is about to get awkward!
On Sunday, it was reported that Kylie Minogue has enlisted the help of the Australian company KDB to take on Kylie Jenner‘s application to trademark their shared name.
As we reported, the KUWTK starlet decided to try and trademark her moniker in the entertainment industry which includes “the fields of entertainment, fashion, and pop culture.” Casual!

Not surprisingly, the pop star is not okay with Miz Jenner totally hijacking her name… we mean, she WAS famous first.
In fact, the Especially For You singer has defended her opposition to the trademark by stating it would confuse fans and hurt her brand as an artist. Well played!
However, it seems that the Australian native is even willing to throw some shade Kris Jenner‘s youngest’s way. In the legal documents, Kylie M labels Tyga‘s lady a mere “secondary character” on the E! hit and calls out the lip kit mogul for her recent controversial photographs.
The paperwork states:

“Ms. Jenner is a secondary reality television personality who appeared on the television series Keeping Up With the Kardashians as a supporting character, to Ms. Jenner’s half sisters, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian (i.e. the Kardashians)… Ms. Jenner is active on social media where her photographic exhibitionism and controversial posts have drawn criticism from, e.g., the Disability Rights and African-American communities.”

Oh snap! Not to mention, the 47-year-old even took to Twitter to prove that she’s the OG Kylie.
