LaBeouf Suspended! Shia Can't Drive Legally For A Year

As you recall, last year Shia LaBeouf got into some trouble after a car accident that resulted in an injury to his hand. Yes, he was driving drunk at the time of the “accident.”

Well, according to the Department of Motor Vehicles, Shia has just had his license suspended as a result of his “refusal of chemical tests” after the accident.

He’ll now have his license taken away for a minimum of one year.

LaBeouf was arrested on suspicion of DUI after he showed “physical signs” of being drunk last summer.

And, in September, the LA Country District Attorney’s office stated there was ├óΓé¼┼ôinsufficient evidence├óΓé¼┬¥ to charge LaBeouf with drunk driving during the accident.

They should send him to some DUI classes too!
