Well, at least she tried!
Although Lady GaGa caused a bit of controversy when she agreed to set up a partnership with Target, due to their past donations to anti-gay politicians, the singer publicly explained that it was part of a way for the company to make amends and work toward bettering their relationship with the LGBT community!
However, obviously the chain failed to do so, because we’re hearing now that she dissolved the deal!
A source explains:
“She and Target didn’t see eye to eye on Target’s policy of political donations and how they affect the LGBT community.”
Well, then we’re glad that she got herself out of a situation that she clearly was not comfortable in!
It’s very sad that Target couldn’t realize what a serious statement they’re making with certain political donations.
You did the right thing, Mother Monster, and we cannot commend you enough!
