Lady GaGa First Performer Announced For MTV Video Music Aid Japan

It comes to no surprise to us that she would make time for this. From the beginning, she has been a huge supporter of relief efforts in Japan and we know she’ll do whatever she can to help those in need.

MTV announced today that Lady GaGa is the first performer to officially sign on for their relief event, MTV Video Music Aid Japan. On June 25th, GaGaloo will join other international, regional and Japanese artists as they perform to benefit the Japanese Red Cross. The event, which is taking the place of the tenth annual MTV Video Music Awards Japan, will air live all across Asia and will be available via the MTV Networks on their program, MTV World Stage.

Make sure you all tune in and remember that there is still a lot to be done over there, so if you haven’t already done so, donate to the Red Cross.
