Lady GaGa Performs Rare Song Captivated!

What a TREAT this must have been!
Lady GaGa took some time out of her normal Monster Ball set list last night in Columbus, Ohio, to perform a previously unreleased song that many of her little monsters may recognize called Captivated, which she wrote when she was only 17 years old!
