Looks like music producer/songwriter Rob Fusari was no match for the Lady!
Fusari had filed a $30.5 million lawsuit against GaGa in March, who in turn countersued, but both parties dropped their lawsuits, according to court papers filed this week.
No word yet on what kind of an understanding they’ve come to, but clearly they figured something out, and we would expect nothing less from GaGa!
Fusari had accused Lady GaGa of stealing a stage name he came up with, not giving him his due for helping her get a record deal, and also taking full credit for songs that he co-wrote.
In response, GaGa’s lawyers have claimed that he was just an agent and that he had her sign an unfair agreement with him in 2006, when she was still inexperienced.
We’re just happy to see this situation resolved!
