Despite being dropped to the NBA Developmental League, Lamar Odom is back on the Mavericks roster and even helped his team beat Jeremy Lin and the New York Knicks 95-85 on Tuesday.
Khloe Kardashian, Lamar’s biggest fan, cheered him on from the stands with a smile on her face. She’s clearly happy to see her man where he belongs.
The whirlwind Linsanity that had engulfed the nation over the last few weeks, however, is another story. New York’s loss to Dallas marks the team’s fifth in eight games, during which Lin was limited to just 14 points, compared to 28 he scored the last time he faced off against the Mavericks.
The sudden star also got laid out by Jason Kidd after a blow to the head. To make matters worse, NO foul was called!
Totally not cool! Players must not be too fond of all the attention this guy is getting. Dare we say…jealous?
It will be inneresting to see if this is the beginning of the end of the Linsanity that swept the country, but only time will tell. Maybe this is a just a bump in the road for the point guard and the Knicks.
