Oh Lammy!
You may remember that back on August 30th, Lamar Odom was pulled over on the 101 freeway and wouldn’t take a blood alcohol test.
Well, he’s now officially been charged with 1 count of DUI, instead of two which it might have been if he took the sobriety test.
However, by refusing the test, Lamar will also have a suspended license for a year.
The arraignment for the NBAer will be on September 27th, where he could get probation and and alcohol ed class.
It seems like he may have to get the help he needs without even wanting it.
