The situation with Lamar Odom has gone from bad to just downright weird!!
The troubled basketballer had a VERY late night, in the wee hours of Monday morning, and was spotted wandering around downtown El Lay. And, according to the photogs who snapped a few pics of him, he was showing some interesting behavior!
First, Lamar grabbed a bite at Wokano sushi at around midnight, where a server said:
“Lamar was here last night around midnight. He came in with a friend and walked around the restaurant as if he was looking for someone. It was odd that he didn’t sit down to eat. He actually seemed distracted. He’s normally very friendly, but he seemed like he was in a rush.”
Then the basketball player headed to the store Famima where he reportedly often stops for late night snacks, and on this occasion he was “upbeat.” An employee said:
“He bought a piece of fruit and chatted to people outside the store for a few minutes, too. When he was asked how he was doing he said, he was ‘great’.”
Well, at least he’s eating fruit. That’s good for him, right?!
During his walk and when leaving the apartment building he’s staying in, Lamar stopped for pictures with fans who kept trying to tell him to kick his drug habit.
It’s weird that he’s going out late looking for people — whatever happened to cell phones?! — but at least he’s still acting like the friendly Lamar everyone knows and loves and doesn’t seem to be too drugged out.
We still want him to get help though!
