Source Claims Lamar Odom's New Relationship Is 'Fake'

Lamar Odom recently went public in a new relationship with personal trainer/life coach Sabrina Parr… which is great news for the embattled former addict, right?! Except things may not be as authentic as they seem! Say what???

Speaking to People about it this weekend, an insider close to the couple revealed:

“They are not dating. There is nothing romantic going on with Sabrina and Lamar. It’s fake.”

Wow! That’s pretty freakin’ direct and straightforward. The source isn’t exactly beating around the bush with that one, are they?!

The revelation here comes as a big surprise, if true, because Lamar has been VERY public in pushing his relationship with the 32-year-old life coach, particularly through use of his Instagram account. Over the weekend, the 39-year-old athlete uploaded several sets of pics showing Parr in various workout poses, while openly expressing his appreciation for her — and even courting controversy for it along the way.

Take this post from Saturday for example (below), where Khloé Kardashian‘s ex-husband used a Malcolm X quote to show off Parr’s fit physique and apparently powerful mental health (below):

Now, many people over the weekend took that first post as a low-key slight against Khloé — which Lamar was very quick to deny.

The BIG3 league basketball star went back on the social media platform later to call out those who assumed he was criticizing Khlo-money, and in denying it, he shared more pics and praise for his rumored love interest. Clearly, he’s REALLY into this new woman!!!

So, yeah, consider us surprised sources are now coming forward claiming this relationship is fake, especially because Odom himself has been so open and public about it up to this point. Maybe he’s overcompensating or something?!

Still, it’s unclear why Odom and Parr would be faking it, even if they really are. For clout? Or money? Like, what’s the grift here, and what would they get out of creating a bogus relationship at this point? Lamar’s memoir has already hit newsstands and it was successful almost immediately; similarly, his basketball career continues to be on hold while he trains to get back to playing shape. Is there a reality TV show in the works here, or something?! It just doesn’t make sense!!!

Maybe that’s just us, at least… what about y’all, Perezcious readers?? Are you buying this source claiming Lamar is faking things with Parr?!
