When Lana was interviewed about her late idols, including Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse, she said:

Yes, those are quotation marks above, meaning she actually said, word for word, that she doesn’t want to live anymore.
When asked if her fame specifically contributes to her morbid outlook, Lana explained:
“Everything. That├óΓé¼Γäós just how I feel. If it wasn├óΓé¼Γäót that way, then I wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót say it. I would be scared if I knew [death] was coming. Family members will come on the road with me and say: ├óΓé¼╦£Wow, your life is just like a movie!├óΓé¼Γäó I├óΓé¼Γäóm like: ├óΓé¼╦£Yeah, a really f*cked-up movie.├óΓé¼Γäó “
