We have three solid months until we make our annual shirtless 4th of July video and we are determined to make even more progress. And we’re super happy with the progress we’ve made thus far!
It’s hard. Real hard! But, we can do it. We will!
We’ve been Tweeting a lot lately about our life-change and quest to be even healthier. We like sharing and feel like a lot of you can relate.
Hopefully we are inspiring some of you to get up, get out and do something!
This has been a 2.5 year journey for us and – more importantly – a life change.
This focus on us has made our life infinitely happier.
