This is terrible!
A New York mother of two recently became fatally ill after getting butt implants — and now an investigation is underway to figure out what went wrong!
According to CBS NY, 31-year-old Latesha Bynum received the injections from a building the Kips Bay neighborhood — which appears to be strictly residential. But, Bynum’s brother, Tymel, insists the doctors “had their licenses.”

Regardless of the legitimacy, something clearly went wrong as Bynum almost immediately became ill after the July 15 procedure. Tymel recalled:
“After the procedure, something was wrong with my sister. I think her feet and stuff was blue. She went to the hospital and couldn’t breathe and whatever was in her went to her head. She was brain dead and she had zero chance to basically come back from it.”
After 12 days, she was taken off life support on Thursday. Her birthday was Sunday.
An official cause of death has not been confirmed by the New York City Medical Examiner’s office, but Bynum’s family is suspicious of criminal activity. Her brother said:
“At the end of the day, my sister needs some type of justice — period.”
Latesha leaves behind two daughters, ages 13 and 8.
