Earlier this week starlet Lauren Conrad bought herself a prime new pad in El Lay for $3.74 mil!!!
The 27-year-old reality starlet sunk her claws into a magnificent 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,300 sq. ft. Brentwood mansion!!!
We know what you’re thinking — why couldn’t she find a nice place in The Hills? LOLz!! We don’t know!!
While Lauren certainly spent a lot of dough, we’re sure she feels like she got the deal of the century after seeing Christina Aguilera burn through $10 mil just a few zip codes away!!!
Maybe she can rent out one of her spare bedrooms to Audrina Patridge and they can star in another fabulous reality show together! Ha!!
