Speculation is running rampant about Lauryn Hill and Rohan Marley ever since she gave birth to her sixth child. Word is that Marley abandoned LH whilst she was pregnant, leaving her to tend to her swollen feet and the his baby all by herself.
But Lauryn wants to set the record straight and is doing so via her representatives’ Twitter account. On it, she posted:
“Mr. Marley and I have a long and complex history about which MANY inaccuracies have been reported since the beginning. To speculate without the facts can only cause people to form WRONG conclusions. We both value privacy and for that reason defend and preserve our right to it.
Contrary to the numerous reports, Mr. Marley did not abandon me while pregnant with his child. We have had long periods of separation over the years but our 5 children together remain a joy to both of us. Thank you for your concern and I appreciate all of the well wishes regarding the birth of my new son.”
And there you have it!
Her baby’s got a daddy and that daddy has been nothing but good to them both.
So, can we let this go now or are we going to keep pushing this until drops off the face of the planet completely???
