Glee Is On It's Way To Being Banned In The UK?! Read The Bogus Lawsuit That Poses A Threat To Gleeks Overseas!

OH NO! Gleeks are gonna be devastated by this!
It looks like Glee might be BANNED from the airwaves over in the UK!
No more Lea Michele? No more Naya Rivera? NO MORE JANE LYNCH?!?!
Say it ain’t so!!
Well, Twentieth Century Fox has lost a MAJOR court-case in the UK from the owner of a string of comedy clubs, Mark Tughan, aptly named The Glee Club and he alleged that because of the show, he’s lost MAJOR money and business!
AND the judge totally agreed with his allegations! (Honestly, we would’ve thought it things would be the opposite for this guy, but okay!)
He ruled:

“I have found that there is a likelihood of confusion and Twentieth Century Fox’s use causes dilution and tarnishing…the damage suffered by Comic Enterprises is caused by its venues being confused with the TV show and its potential customers being put off”.

WOW!
They haven’t announced what they plan on doing to remedy the situation, but apparently one of the solutions is BANNING Glee from the airwaves!!
SO SAD!! Also, not likely! C’mon! It has a season and half to go and seriously, who picks “Glee Club” for a comedy venue anyway? Pretty sure glee clubs around the world were singing show tunes loooong before Ryan Murphy came along.
We can only imagine how Gleeks in the UK will be reacting and it won’t be beaming from happiness!
