Q&A: Nail Polish Remover Spills

Hi Leah,
├óΓé¼┬¿├óΓé¼┬¿Hope you can help! Over the holiday period I spilled nail polish remover on├óΓé¼┬¿our brand new oak table and it took the finish off in like 2 seconds,├óΓé¼┬¿there’s a light colored splash there now. How can I fix it? ├óΓé¼┬¿├óΓé¼┬¿Thought you may know as I am sure you have done it yourself?├óΓé¼┬¿├óΓé¼┬¿
Thanks

Hi Kay,
Yes, I sure have done this in the past but unfortunately there is no quick fix that I have found 🙁 What I would suggest is finding a stain that colour matches the wood and applying it to the area that is lighter. There are pencils that you can buy like this that may do the trick.
