Well it’s finally happened…
Weed is legal in Colorado!!
Congrats to all the dope smokers out there!
Even though it’s pretty darn cold and super windy, hundreds of people lined up to buy legal weed – Like Sean Azzariti, the first person to ever buy legal weed in the U.S.!
Legal weed retailers have estimated something pretty amazing… over $1 million in statewide sales!
That’s pretty astounding and totally understandable because we know how long people have been waiting for this.
Hopefully it will bring in more revenue to be pumped right back into the local economy and keep the prison population down because of no more senseless drug arrests.
There are currently 24 shops open, mostly in Denver, and each one of them had a long line of chilly people standing outside.
Let’s hope that Colorado can really set the bar for the rest of the country on such a progressive issue.
