No drama here!
As we reported earlier this month, Lena Dunham opened up about having a hysterectomy ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ the surgical removal of a woman’s cervix and uterus ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ in an effort to end her longtime battle with endometriosis.

Although the Girls star and Jack Antonoff broke up in December after being together for five years, the two are still “friendly” with each other amid her health issues.
According to an US Weekly source:
“Lena and Jack are in a great place, not in a romantic way. Jack has been really supportive… They aren’t hanging out or talking every day but he’s being supportive and they’re in constant communication and being friendly with each other… Lena is really focused on her health.”
In fact, on February 14, the Bleachers musician wrote the following tweet in support of his ex’s revealing essay.

Although a late-January US Weekly article says Antonoff is dating model Carlotta Kohl, he was recently spotted in Auckland, New Zealand getting suspiciously cozy with Lorde.
In mid-January, the producer shot down romance rumors between him and the Melodrama singer.
