Wearing a classy and chic LBD and patent pumps, the Girls star looked fantastic on Wednesday as she arrived at the Miu Miu S/S 2014 show in Paris.
Lena kept her makeup clean and simple and added a fancy statement necklace and matching bracelet to make the look pop.
