Lena Dunham has found her latest cause!
On Sunday, the Girls creator took to Instagram to address the cancellation of her latest bookstore appearance and, in turn, wrote a moving note about the importance of self-care. Yup, Miz Dunham is advocating for people to take those precious sick days!

After one follower on Twitter attempted to shame the 30-year-old for canceling with an anecdote about returning to work six days after having a C-section, the A-lister clapped back:
Can we get an AMEN?? Seriously though, Lena just turned one internet troll’s attempt at shade into a thought provoking note about policy change for medical leave — bravo!
Nonetheless, we hope the Not That Kind Of Girl author isn’t sick with anything too serious. As you may recall, the filmmaker opened up last year about her lengthy battle with endometriosis in one edition of her Lenny Letter. Not to mention, it IS flu season!
